CX3 offers commercial tree removal services across Larose and Lafourche Parish, including hazardous tree removal, storm-damaged tree removal, technical rigging, stump grinding, and full debris haul-off for industrial and commercial sites.
Tree removal is one of the most consequential pieces of work that ever gets done on a commercial property, and it is also one of the riskiest. A tree coming down in the wrong direction can crush a roof, total a vehicle, take out a power service, or seriously injure a person. That is why tree removal is not a job for a residential lawn outfit or a friend with a chainsaw. CX3 (Castin's Commercial Cutting), based in Larose, Louisiana, provides professional tree removal services for commercial and industrial clients across South Louisiana, with the equipment, training, and insurance required to take down trees of any size — safely, cleanly, and on schedule.
Common Tree Removal Scenarios
Most tree removal calls fall into one of a few clear categories. Dead trees that have lost structural integrity and become unpredictable. Diseased trees in decline that are no longer safe to leave standing. Storm-damaged trees with split trunks, broken leaders, or compromised root plates. Leaning trees that have started to fail toward a building, parking lot, or roadway. Trees too close to a structure for safe long-term coexistence. Trees blocking right of way, sightlines, signage, or planned construction. Trees with root systems lifting sidewalks, cracking foundations, or invading utilities. Each of these tree removal scenarios calls for a slightly different approach, and CX3's crews assess every job individually before a saw ever starts.
Standard Tree Removal
For tree removals where the tree can simply be felled in open ground, the work is fast and straightforward — drop the tree, buck it up, haul off the wood, grind the stump, and clean up. Many of our tree removal jobs on industrial yards and large commercial properties fall into this category. Plenty of room, no overhead obstacles, no surrounding structures to worry about. CX3 can knock these tree removals out efficiently and leave the site clean.
Technical Tree Removal
Technical tree removal is where things get more interesting. When a tree has to come down in tight quarters — over a building, between power lines, next to fragile landscaping, or above an active parking lot — felling is not an option. These tree removals are handled in pieces, using rigging gear, climbers, bucket trucks, and where appropriate, crane assistance. The crew works the tree from the top down, lowering each section under control until only the trunk remains. CX3's tree removal teams are trained for this kind of technical work, and we have completed it successfully on hundreds of commercial sites across the South Louisiana region.
Stump Grinding & Cleanup
A complete tree removal does not end when the tree is on the ground. Once the tree is down, the stump remains, and an unground stump is a tripping hazard, a mowing obstacle, an eyesore, and a magnet for termites and decay. CX3's tree removal services include stump grinding so that you do not have to manage that as a separate project. Our stump grinders work the stump well below grade — typically several inches under the surrounding soil line — leaving a void that can be backfilled with topsoil, sodded over, or built across. Stump grinding is what makes tree removal feel finished. When CX3 leaves your site after a tree removal, the only thing that should remain is a clean grade and, if you want, a pile of mulch ready to be hauled off.
Hurricane & Storm Response
Hurricane and storm response is a major part of our tree removal workload. Every tropical storm or hurricane that hits the Louisiana coast creates downed trees, hanging limbs, and dangerously compromised standing trees that have to be removed before they fail again. CX3 is a Larose-based contractor, which means we are local — our crews are not waiting on travel logistics from another state, and we are usually on the road within hours of conditions allowing it. We prioritize existing facility maintenance and tree clients during storm response and work through call lists as quickly as conditions allow.
Where We Work
CX3's tree removal services run on commercial properties of every kind: industrial plants, fabrication yards, marine bases, office campuses, retail sites, warehouses, and large private commercial properties throughout Larose, Cut Off, Galliano, Houma, Thibodaux, and the broader Gulf Coast region.
